The Best of the Northern Andes in Ecuador

September 12 - 25, 2020

Ecuador has long been considered one of the best birding destinations in the world, and once you're there, you'll understand why!

On this exciting tour, we'll visit a wide variety of habitats as we travel from elevations of 14,000 feet at Papallacta Pass down to 1,000 feet at Silanche Reserve! This will lead to a very diverse and impressive bird list.

Along the way, we will stay at several wonderful and well-known birding lodges including Wildsumaco, Cabañas San Isidro, Guango Lodge, and Septimo Paraiso. These lodges provide great accommodations and amazing food, and there is also incredible birding on each property.

Previously on this itinerary, we have seen over 450 species including 60+ hummingbird species!
